Dr Aiello was great. He took the time to answer all my concerns and put me at ease. Hadeer, the hygenist, made the cleaning & Xrays a pleasant and gentle experience. Highly recommend this practice.

Good level of care. Terrible people skills, structure and organizing. Automated text messages and canned responses when you have a concern or complaint. Would much rather go to a dentist with a family feel rather than a factory farm feel. Not a bad dentist, I'll say that. But appointments, scheduling, confirming and bed-side manner from certain associates is lacking. Feels cold and not human. Not a fan. Edit After Owner Response: On two separate occasions I was scheduled for appointments for a cleaning. I request later appointments, because like many people, I work. Had I known these later appointments weren't available, due to having no doctor on staff I would have scheduled an earlier appointment and made accommodations with an appropriate lead-time to do so. On two separate occasions I was called the same day as my appointment to come in earlier because there was no Dr. available. Not because the Dr. called out sick or had an emergency, but because Dr.s are not staffed at those hours and my appointment required a Dr. because I needed a check-up. Terrible. Don’t go here. They’re always rude and condescending toward’s me when spoken to over the phone. (I won’t disclose the name of the receptionist). I can’t speak for anyone else but I feel like I’m always treated unfairly here. Doesn’t seem like when I call to get an update that they even care to try and help me. I feel like I bother them more than anything and it puts me in an uncomfortable and awkward situation. I’ve never been to a dentist that treats a patient this way. Do better.

I’ve been coming here since I was 18 years old so I’ve been coming here more than a decade and I have to say that this place is amazing. I’m not the best when it comes to dental but there they joke around with you. They’re straight up with you and they’re gentle and I go for my cleaning every six months and if there’s any feelings or crowns or anything like that, there’s always a will there’s a way they said they take the time to listen to you and when you’re a chicken like me for the dentist, there’s things to help you with that so if you need a good dentist, this is the place. Heili does a phenomenal job with my dental cleaning. She’s also very conversant which makes my cleaning experience enjoyable! Dr. Aiello also does a phenomenal job of checking my teeth and gums to ensure they’re in good condition.
